SDL's AI + Joint Innovation Studio has been approved!

Recently, the Process and Online Environmental Protection Intelligent Application Innovation Studio jointly established by the Instrument and Control Center of Shanghai Petrochemical and SDL Company has been awarded the AI + Joint Innovation Studio jointly by the Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, the Shanghai Staff Technical Association, and the Shanghai Industrial Internet Association.

The establishment of the "AI + (Joint) Innovation Studio" will promote the integration of digital technologies into various aspects of the manufacturing industry, such as design and research, process quality, production operations, and organizational collaboration, and carry out joint research on major key core technologies and common industrial technologies.

The studio adopts an intelligent monitoring system for online environmental protection monitoring facilities. Through automatic computer monitoring and intelligent judgment, it can detect the abnormal status of environmental protection equipment and data exceeding the standard in real-time and issue alarms, ensuring timely response and handling, and significantly improving operation and maintenance efficiency.

In the next stage, the studio will apply the AI expert diagnosis system. By intelligently identifying abnormal information, conducting intelligent diagnosis, and automatically assigning tasks, it will ensure the stable operation of the online monitoring system, provide accurate decision-making support for environmental management, and jointly promote the intelligent upgrading of environmental monitoring and environmental management.
