SDL participated in the compilation of the Guangdong provincial local standard for carbon emission monitoring in the thermal power plant

2025-01-24

The Guangdong Provincial Local Standard "Technical Requirements for Continuous Emission Monitoring of CO from Thermal Power Plant" DB44/T 2596—2024, in which SDL participated in the compilation, stipulates the system composition and structure, system technical requirements, system installation requirements, detection methods, uncertainty requirements, and quality assurance requirements for the continuous emission monitoring system of CO₂ from thermal power plant.

This standard is applicable to the flue gas continuous emission monitoring of CO₂ from thermal power plant. The continuous emission monitoring of CO₂ from industrial boilers and industrial furnaces that use fossil fuels (coal, natural gas, oil, etc.) as energy can be implemented with reference to this standard.

SDL's online carbon emission metering and monitoring system can achieve carbon emission monitoring and quality control, helping enterprises implement efficient carbon emission management.

SDL's Intelligent Online Carbon Emission Metering and Monitoring System consists of four parts: online carbon emission monitoring equipment, quality control unit, carbon verification parameter collector, and enterprise-side carbon emission monitoring platform. It is applicable to intelligent metering and monitoring of carbon emissions under various working conditions, complies with metering specifications and environmental protection certification requirements, and is traceable.

- Measures CO₂, and optional parameters include CH₄, N₂O, O₂, temperature, pressure, flow rate, and humidity.

- Both non-dispersive infrared method and fourier transform infrared method are available.

- The intelligent quality control unit ensures the accuracy of concentration monitoring.

- A high-precision ultrasonic flowmeter ensures the accuracy of flow rate monitoring.
