Product Description

The dilution method flue gas continuous monitoring system (SCS-900X) uses dilution extraction sampling and is equipped with ultraviolet fluorescence and chemiluminescence gas analyzers. This system can simultaneously measure the concentration of pollutant gases such as SO₂, NOx and greenhouse gases such as CO₂ in the flue gas. The whole-process hot and moisture sampling can reduce the measurement interference caused by the components to be measured being dissolved in water. The ppb level analyzer is especially suitable for continuous measurement under low concentration and high humidity flue gas environmental conditions.

Application Scope

Suitable for emission monitoring of pollutant gases and greenhouse gases in thermal power plants, industrial furnaces/boilers, steel smelting, cement plants, domestic waste incineration power generation, etc.

Features

No condensation is required to remove water and the components to be measured are not dissolved in water;

ppb level analyzer, especially suitable for low concentration situations;

Dilution extraction sampling, small sampling volume, not easy to block;

The pipeline uses low temperature or does not require heat tracing, the system is simple and the maintenance is small.
