Product Description

The SDL1006 standard particle generator is a newly launched quality control equipment for ambient air quality monitoring and control launched by Snow Dragon Company. Ultrasonic atomization and cyclone drying technology are used to produce accurate particles of specific particle size, concentration and composition (i.e. standard particles), which are used for the calibration of online analyzers for PM₁₀, PM₂.₅, PM₁ and other particulate matter in ambient air.

Application Scope

Calibration and quality control inspection of particulate matter monitoring instruments, online analyzers for water-soluble components in particulate matter, and atmospheric heavy metal analyzers; inspection of cutting performance of particulate matter monitor cutters.
