Product Description

The infrared flue gas continuous monitoring system (SCS-900/900C) adopts a cold-dry complete extraction + water and dust removal pretreatment system, combined with a non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer, to continuously measure SO₂, CO, NO and other pollutant gases in the flue gas online. Concentration and greenhouse gases such as CO₂, CH₄, N₂O, and flue gas parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate or flow, humidity, oxygen content, etc.) are uploaded to the environmental management department through data acquisition and transmission devices.

Application Scope

Suitable for emission monitoring of pollutant gases and greenhouse gases in thermal power plants, steel smelting, industrial furnaces/boilers, cement plants, petrochemicals, heating boilers, etc.

Domestic and imported analyzers are available;

One analyzer can measure 4 gas components and oxygen simultaneously;

The gas analyzer uses nickel-chromium filament light source;

Dry basis measurement, the results do not require humidity conversion;

An automatic quality control module can be configured to perform data quality control on the system remotely.
